How long will it take to get my order?

To bring you the freshest catch possible, we take about a week to carefully prepare and ship your order. Once it’s on the way, delivery typically takes 4–5 days. In total, please allow10–12 daysfrom the day you place your order to the day it arrives at your door.

How do you keep it fresh for 3-5 days in shipping?

Great question! We take freshness very seriously. Every order is packed in athick foam cooler with plenty of eco-friendly ice packs or dry ice. This creates a mini fridge that keeps your seafood perfectly chilled the whole way to you. We’ve tested it thoroughly — your fish will arrive just as fresh as the day it was caught.

What if I'm not home when it arrives?

We recommend using an address where someone can receive the package (like your workplace). Once shipped, you can track it with the link we provide. When it’s out for delivery, the carrier will usually call. If you can’t be there,please ask a neighbor or have them leave it in a cool, shaded spotand bring it inside as soon as you can. Pop it in the fridge right away once you open it!
